We want you to be equally as proud to become a part of our growing family of collectors. Here is what we propose to make that desire a reality.
When you place an online order through TheWindingStairs.com, we ship them using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We know you are excited to receive your products, so we do everything possible to get it packaged and shipped within 2 business days. However, some specially ordered items and items that ship from one of our partner’s warehouses may take a little longer. Here are some examples of what our regular delivery time frames look like:
Art: 5-10 Business Days
Apparel: 7-10 Business Days
Custom Aprons:4-6 Weeks (Like any bespoke item, the craftsmanship of these items takes time)
Jewelry: 2-6 Weeks (Please note that some jewelry items ship from our International Distribution Center)
